Spring Break’s been fun… Right now I’m at work, it’s the first day of the new semester *fake yay*…

Here’s a rundown of a bunch of stuff I did, got, found out, missed, liked, licked and many others…

* I miss blogging!! I just haven’t had that many ideas…. now I do lol

* I went to Bahrain and it was fun! Almost all the pics are personal, just me and family and the such lol So no pics for you ;p

* I became (literally) Swaira ra7at el barr.. It was alot of fun! There were even little bikes and swings! Alllaah, ayam el 6ifoola! Will post pictures soon enshalla :p

* I bought a 24″ iMac!!

It is beyooooond HOT! Hotness Hotness Hotness!! *licks*

But here’s the bad news: The wireless doesn’t reach my room… damn it! But of course, that doesn’t mean I’m not sneaky enough to go buy a range expander from Jareer

* I found this website, LaMerletto… I have no idea if the fashion blogs have found it yet.. It’s a new fashion website that’s quite new.. It looks fun and the fashion’s simple.. I want THIS! (just a note: the site might be under construction since they’re renewing it and adding new stuff)

* Q8Anonymous looks promising cos I like one-liner secrets. I think that it’d be better if it’s updated more often.. maybe not enough people are sending in secrets *HINT HINT*.. I haven’t sent a secret in yet, but I guess I’m just waiting to discover a good one about me lol

* Are there any specific range-expanders that I should look for? Any specifc brands? My beloved geek boys/girls, advise me!

* Segregation? Ghal6aneen.. Kafi the boys mo shayfeen khair (sorry guys, but it’s sometimes true), ba3ad you want to segregate them more?

* Speaking of Segregation… Who’s in?

* I’m back on the staff room computer… what a difference!! Did I mention how much I love my iMac? :p

* I haven’t cooked for a while, I need to refresh my recipe database… Oh, and I must e-mail Yara the recipe for the Flake Cake..

* I just saw Yara’s comment on the previous post! Mabrooook 7beebti!! Allah ewafgich oo enshalla you’ll have a healthy amazing gorgeous bouncy baby that’ll light up your life ;D

Btw, if you need help babysitting, ana mawjooda, bs min al7een agoolich, it’ll end up being a book-worm :p

* This semester I have a total of 65 students, all graduates. It looks like it’ll be a pretty good semester. Hopefully the Sa7b&Ethafa won’t give me more than 70 students.. Last semester’s 81 students was tiring enough…

* Khal9oona and take that stupid PLANE off the internet cables.. lmfao!

* I have 132 feeds to read on my Netvibes. I’m gone for three days and this is what I get! *sighs*

* Are there no interesting tags floating around the blog-o-sphere? I feel like doing a tag for some reason..

* I can’t think of anything else to list… I’m certain that a million thoughts’ll pop into my head as soon as I click “Publish”..

P.S. I’m going with my 18 year old brother who’s in his malaqa mode, if I blow up the plane, you’ll know he dropped a dumbass malaqa line.

That’s how annoyed I get when I’m faced with malaqa. I have no idea how I can teach high school. But I’m guessing malaqa coming from girls is more tolerable than malaqa coming from boys. I can shut up the girls with a death stare and they’d feel embarrassed… My brother? He’s the Energizer Bunny, he just keeps going and going and going.

I have no idea how I agreed to travel with him (I didn’t really agree, I was sorta forced). Somebody kill him for me… please?

So as I said before, this trip to Dubai was quick, spontaneous and fun… i think we went to “almost” all the malls there lol

We went to… hmm.. let’s see… City Center, Dubai Mall, Dubai Festival City and Ibn Batoota Mall (where I took most of the pics)… and I think that’s it…

Anyways, here’re a bunch of random pics i took there…. and of course, with comments!
From Ibn Batoota Mall:

They had a huuuge World Map on the ground (obviously), so i took a pic with me standing near the Gulf… there’s Kuwait!

IIIII LOVE CAANNDEH!! *shakes her bonbon* and yes, i covered my face, eshtabooon!

I saw this poster for an indian movie called Marigold, and i found it very interesting that Ali Larter (Jessica/Nicky from Heroes) is in the movie with Salman Khan!

Magrudy’s Bookstore! The Ultimate Bookstore Hotness! A very unfortunate name but an amazing bookstore! it seriously kicks Jareer’s ass! and of course, Virgin Megastore is just a 1/4 of what it used to be, so it’s almost useless… When do we get our very own Magrudy’s?

This live band was AMAZING!

This looked goregous, so I had to take a pic… this is what Dubai’s going to look like in the near future…

There was this tiny shack thingy that took names and you’d have to come back in 30 minutes to see the finished painting… so i got my very own “Swair” painting *wiggles eyebrows* <— For Princess :p

Dubai Festival City:

We took a tiny boat ride near Dubai Festival City Mall and it was fun… And yes that’s MY reflection holding the camera! ;D

Found this Coughing & Screaming Ashtray! I should’ve bought it for all those smokers out there!

I saw Aldo’s GuestBook so i HAD to sign it! (I bought a wallet, hence the”YAY! NEW WALLET!” comment)

For the curious, these are the books i had with me/bought from Dubai!
The Catherine Alliott book is my birthday gift from Sou, and i enjoyed reading it during the flight *wiggles eyebrows for Sou*…

The other four are from Magrudy’s (see above!) and thanks to Mimi for the “Girls Of Riyadh” review, that sorta convinced me to buy the book lol

I love this shot, check out the shadow of the plane on the ground right before landing! ;D
