Loading ...Here’s a little run-through of what happened today, it’s was a good day and bad day…
Good Day:
* Still in a great mood after an amazing weekend, first FlugTag with my lovely Twirlies, then a Girls’ Night In with Chika, Sou & EniGma (Girls’ Night In is mentioned on their posts, just click on the links)… So, girls, how’s the cake? :p
* Some girls from my old class (class A, mentioned in this post) came to visit me in the department.. they didn’t want anything from their teacher, they just wanted to see me and say hi :$
Apparently i’m missed hehe… That was very sweet of them.. a7eb a7es ina I’ve left an impact, one way or another on the people I try my best to get to, and that they notice when I’m missing… who doesn’t like that feeling?
* I finished the board that I was working on during the girls’ night in, it shows on Chika’s blog that I was cutting up yellow stars on a glass square on my lap… you like my red skinny jeans? lol elmohem, this is what it looks like @ school now… Total hotness? :p
Notice Chika & EniGma’s handwritten little posty notes… The senior teacher was impressed hehe I’m glad even though I feel that something’s missing hehe :p
Bad Day:
* It’s the last period and I’m tired. I’m teaching the class that i’m not really liking that much these days.. it’s the same class the stuck-up chick with the bitch-mom’s in… she has a mom that complained about my teaching skills and why I asked the girls to bring a 100-page notebook at the begining of the semester.. shasawee ana!?!
Anyway, I’m busting my ass teaching them and trying to get them to understand the new words… I give them a new word, one girl gives me the definition in english and they start to talk… EVERYBODY’S talking oo ga3deen esolfooon! and i’m standing there!
They just took the new vocab and ran with it! wtf?! so i yell at them “Ma et3arfoon el e7teraam?! ana shino wagfa hni? 9amandaiga? e7tarmo ili jedamkum! ba3ad i can’t teach you respect!” they shut up for a few seconds and I keep explaining the lesson…
I move on to another topic and they start talking again! what the hell is wrong with them!?
Again, i tell them to stop talking wela everybody’s getting a zero for Oral Participation… you know what their reaction is??
“Hahaha! Miss, tetghasmeraaiiin!”
… and they go back to talking chena it’s a friggin’ dewaniya!!
WHAT THE FUCK?! RIGHT?!
Apparently, the stuck-up student told the class that her bitch-mom “scared” me (wtf?) and that I can’t do anything to punish the class…
naaaaa3aaaaaaaam?! 7elfay, 7alatich 7alat ommich!?
Khaiiiiir enshalla, next class I’m not making any efforts for anybody.. no more screaming my head off, leaving the class with a sore throat, coughing constantly, eyes watering! no more of that “ambitious teacher” shit for them, araweehum shlon atghashmar ana.. i’ll teach with an indoor voice, no more repeating, ili tel7ag tel7ag, ili ma tel7ag BIL 6AGAG, ZAIN!? khal araweekum my sense of humor, you ungrateful bastards.

Don’t you remember how it was when you were in school?
You respect teachers that MAKE YOU respect them. You have to instill fear in their hearts. I’m really serious.
And you shouldn’t say things that you don’t follow through with. If you say “I’m gonna give you a zero if you don’t shut up” and then they ignore you and you don’t do anything, they will learn that what you say doesn’t really mean anything, and they can do whatever you want.
Next time they don’t shut up. Tell them you have all received zeroes for today. They are probably all gonna start whining. Tell them if they don’t shut up and stop whining that they are going to receive extra homework. Assign them extra home work, if they keep talking. And then ask them if they want to keep going because you can keep going too. And keep doing this. And then when they shut up tell them that this is a classroom. And that they are here to study not socialize. And then say “if you want to socialize, I don’t mind, you can get out right now and talk all you want, and get a zero, mafhoom?”
they will shut up once they know you can’t be pushed around. And then whenever somebody starts talking in class: “Flana, do you want to socialize? *point to the door*” She’ll probably start saying she was just asking a question. Then you say “if you have any questions you can ask me!”
Instill fear in their hearts. Why do you think so many people are faithful to God? Its fear. Fear that just might eventually turn into respect for power.
I used to train dogs and so I’ve studied animal psychology and the whole “alpha male” thing. Its almost exactly the same with humans. There are always people who will challenge your authority, if you show weakness they will be even more encouraged to challenge you, and they may eventually take over. Don’t let that happen! You are the alpha male, not the bitchmom, not her daughter, not anybody! YOU ARE THE ALPHA MALE! RAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWR!!! Do it! ROAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!

And my dad keeps insisting that Teaching is an easy job LOL!
