Love Vs. Hate

So the three days of abstinence from blogging are over (check last post).. and i’m back with a list of things I wanted to blog about lol So have fun with post, there’re some great songs, an a collection of Rants & Raves:
Here’re the things that I’ve grown to love and hate..

Things I Love:
* Finishing the majority of tasks I have on time.. (check last post :p)

* A student (or two) thanking me after class *blushes*..

* My Comedy Central Podcasts.. I love watching whatever’s new from Comedy Central on my sexy black iPod, and I just sit back when I don’t have anything to do at work and giggle secretively to myself.. I feel so naughty hahaha

* When blogs remind me of some old music I haven’t listened to for a long time.. Shopa blogged about Scrubs by TLC lol and that brought back some nice memories.. here’s “What About Your Friends” which is older than Srubs… damn, I’m getting old! :p

and Z posted about Citizen Cope, which reminded me of this song I love by him called “Holdin’ On“, it’s so relaxing and prefect for background music for when I’m working..

* When blogs introduce new music.. I love Cix (more than I already did :p) for posting about Ingrid Michaelson.. I’m addicted to “The Way I Am” by Ingird Michaelson…

* Correcting my students’ Composition exams and finding some unique ideas and humor.. That makes me feel so proud..

* Law & Order: SVU… Actually, ALL the Law&Orders!!

* Cooking! LOL

Things I Hate:
* FUCKIN’ FLOPPY DISKS!
Wain ga3deen!?!? Stone Age!? I expect dinosaurs to walk by while I’m in school, I walk around in FEAR, I tell ya!
When I ask why they don’t use Flash Disks to save our exams on since there’s more capacity and they’re easier to wear like a necklace so they don’t get lost, their excuse is that they’re too tiny and most of the USB ports on the chunky computers are either hard to reach, don’t work.. or the teachers don’t even know what a USB port IS… pathetic, eh?

* Pocari Sweat… that commercial disgusts me..

Who the effin’ hell wants to drink something with the word SWEAT in the name? Ewkh.

* The people who think that they’re “The Big Bad Wolf” and that I should be afraid of them and that that would lead to me giving their kid a grade or two out of fear…
Well, here’s some news for you: BUZZ OFF! YOU should be afraid of ME!
Ana ili beedi your daughter’s grade and you should be scared shitless since I’M FAIR! Itha ihya shayfa roo7ha and you claim she’s smart when she doesn’t even raise her hand in class, then I won’t give her participation marks depending on what YOU think…

So leave me the heck alone, BITCH, I’m following the rules and there’s nothing you can do to intimidate me! *karate chop*
