I (finally) bought a new printer! My old printer was an Epson and the colors sucked!

As a teacher, i need to print out my word cards and exercises, scan and photocopy papers from other teachers, and as a photographer, it’s better if i just attach my cam to the printer itself… so i went out and bought myself an HP Photosmart 2573 All-in-One series printer/copier/scanner

Here’s what happened when I tried printing out a pic of my brother 3amer:

I got to finish all my work just trying out the printing, copying and quality of ink :p

Obviously, I’m getting more into cooking.. I blame it on Ramadan lol
But It’s a fun thing, at first, I would only make sweets (remember The Flake Cake Gangsta Story?)…
But starting Ramadan I started to get into the kitchen some more…
I’m starting to make things I never knew I could like lgaimat, veggie kebabs (coming soon), machboos diyay (also coming soon, just lemme get the hand of it first), and the occasional fatoush (but that’s always been easy, ordinary salad plus ground sumac, squeezed lemon, apple vinegar, olive oil and cut up fried bread)… So surprisingly, food is being the hotness these days lol

I’ve had a pretty good history with dough, making fa6ayer za3tar and cheese, and (of course) pizza.. but I’ve never made the dough myself, it was always my mom and I’d work with her later on with the fillings…

So after one of those light school days, when I didn’t have a lot of preparing to do, I got curious and searched through my mom’s cooking file and found a recipe for fluffy cotton-y dough and I tried it out.. and it ended up quite tasty! (not kick-Pizza-Hut’s-And-Other-Fa6ayer-Restaurants’-Asses tasty, but tasty enough lol) Here’re the ingrediants:

Don’t you hate it when you keep insisting that you hate a specific song because of some repetitive parts that really annoy you.. then you find yourself singing along to the damned song? almost dancing too?

Well the song can go “Ella Ella Ella Eh Eh Eh” itself!

Why ME!?! I like the rest of the song though.. can’t they make a remix MINUS the Ella-ness? just ordinary lyrics?

Anyway… so I don’t put salt on the wound, here’s Mandy Moore (someone I sorta like) singing a cover of the damned song…

P.S. I’m posting this at work (yes, I’m bored! I’m all prepared and my first class starts in two hours… damn my non-procrastinating personality!) and I can’t seem to play youtube videos, so tell me if the cover’s good…

Allrighty, this is MishMisha’s cell-phone tag, and i’m happy to do it since I’ve been trying out new themes (so no wallpaper, but it’s my cell anyway) ;D

My little brother, 3amer, is three years old today… I’ve posted about him in the past, making gangsta signs with his hands and making evul scary faces with his tongue out… Some people couldn’t sleep for days :p

Well, today it’s his birthday!

Can you believe he was in the incubator for the first two weeks of his life?

Now he’s our little “girgasha” in the house, making some noise and keeping us busy lol… Other than my mom, Me and my brother are like his mother-figures lol so he’s very special to us…

Hmmm… I wonder if I’ll be posting about him graduating kindergarten? That would be fun :p
