Things I Need To Remember For School:

1- Bukhoor set: being the only kuwaitiya in an english department with egyptian, syrian, jordanian and indian teachers who like to order fool, 7mus, samboosa and chabati… let’s just say i’d like to have a scent of my own when i leave for my classes. One that doesn’t tell ppl that i just ate.

2- My Dr. Suess books: i have a dyslexic student.. i researched it and i think it’d be nice to give her simple books for her to practice reading at home 3ala ra7at’ha, then she can try to read the books for me at school..

since i’m at a government school, there aren’t any programmes that can help her beat dyslexia.. so i guess i’ll try to do my best with her by myself..
